CRIAR Programme
In March 2023, Pumangol signed a partnership agreement with the TheBridgeGlobal Professional Training Centre to join the CRIAR Programme, an initiative aimed at integrating recent graduates into the Angolan job market. This programme offers professional internships designed to provide hands-on experience and skills development through an "on-the-job" learning approach.
Pumangol is proud to be the first company within the Association of Contracted Companies of the Angolan Oil Industry (AECIPA) to participate in this important programme. Interns benefit from a range of opportunities, including behavioural training, mentorship from experienced professionals, masterclasses with national and international experts, and networking opportunities within the industry.
At the end of the internship, each participant receives a joint certificate issued by TheBridgeGlobal Professional Training Centre and Pumangol, recognising the successful completion of their experience.

CRIAR Programme
This programme, recently launched by AECIPA in partnership with TheBridgeGlobal and supported by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Technology and Innovation, aims to equip young graduates with the essential skills to successfully enter the job market and contribute to the development of Angola's economy.
